There are more the\an 40 colleges in DU itself. Almost every university provides B.Com (Hons) courses. Some top college in DU are

No, Symbiosis Noida does not provide B.Com (Hons) course.

Definitely not if you have studied 11th and 12th without Maths then also it not difficult in B.Com (Hons) just you have to work hard.
