Admission to the B.Des programme at GLS University is conducted on the basis of the candidate's performance in:
- GLS DAT 2024 entrance exam
- Personal Interaction
The candidate needs to ensure that they appear in all the stages of the admission process. If the candidate misses any admission stage, he or she will be disqualified.

The B, Des programme offers specialisation in Apparel Design, Environment & Space Design, Product Design, and Accessories & Jewelery Design. The candidate can select their programme of study at the time of admission.
Admission to the above courses will be through the GLS DAT entrance exam. Note that during seat allotment, the candidate with higher merit rank will be given preference.

In the 2nd stage of the exam, candidates will be called to email their portfolios on the basis of their scores in DAT written exam (first stage). Then Personal Interview (Third Stage) shall be held. A final list will be generated by Parul University on the basis of the sum total of the weighted scores secured by the candidate in each stage of the admissions process. Note that everything is conducted online.

Eligible candidates need to email their portfolios, (the second stage of DAT) on the basis of their scores in PU DAT 2025 written exam (first stage). The candidate has to next appear in a Personal Interview (Third Stage). A final list will be generated by PU on the basis of the sum total of the weighted scores secured by the candidate in each stage of the admissions process.
Note that all the stages of the PU DAT 2025 exam is conducted online.

Aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent pass can visit the Pearl official website to apply. Applicants further have to appear for the Pearl Academy Entrance Exam. After result declaration, shortlisted candidates have to go through interview round and a portfolio presentation. Following this, the final selection is done and candidates can pay the required fee amount for admission confirmation.

Candidates should have passed class 12 in any stream from a recognised board with aggregate 50% marks for taking admission in Bachelor of Design course. For Master of Design course candidates should have Bachelor degree in any stream with aggregate 50% marks. Candidates appearing in last semester of their Bachelor degree can also apply.
