VIT Vellore BDes application fee is INR 1,350 (non-refundable). The application fee is accepted online through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card. Follow the steps to pay the VIT Vellore BDes application fees.
- Visit the website.
- Click on the 'Admission' tab and further click on 'Undergraduate Programmes'.
- Click on 'Apply Now'.
- Register with valid login credentials, including email ID and mobile number.
- Pay the application fee.

No, aspirants wishing to apply for BDes course at VIT Vellore should either have UCEED score or appeared for VIT DAT (Design Aptitude Test). VIT-DAT is a written exam of two hours duration consisting of objective type questions - MSQ & MCQ, short descriptive answers, and creative ability questions with no negative marking. The university gives 50% weightage to entrance exam score. After entrance exam, the next step of selection is based on portfolio followed by a personal interview round.

No, a minimum of Class 12 with at least 60% in PCM is required to apply for VIT Vellore BDes programme. However, there is relaxation in percentage for SC/ ST and students from North-Eastern states. Check below the detailed eligibility:
- Indian nationals/ Non-resident Indian National can apply for BDes course.
- Candidates should have passed Class 12 or Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised board/ university or its equivalent examination with at least 60% aggregate with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects to apply for BDes.

The course of design and media at the ITM Institute is great.
Placements: I had a great experience learning from ITM University for design and media. The college also has an active placement cell to handle all placements of candidates. I would rate 3 out of 5 for the college.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure was very good, and the hostels' rooms were also very neat and tidy. I would like to recommend ITM University to others.

Yes, the candidate have to submit the final thesis at the eighth semester. The Design Thesis Project is meant to be a final execution of the Design Process under the guidance of academic & experts, professional mentors. It is a demonstration of both, the understanding of inputs received during the last seven semesters of education and also, the preparedness to independently execute design projects.

In order to get admission to BDes at UID Delhi-NCR, students are required to pass Class 12 or 3 year Diploma in any stream with 50% aggregate from any recognised higher secondary board/ institute. The selection is done based on the performance of candidates in the UID DAT exam and Situation Test & Portfolio evaluation, which is conducted in offline mode.
