The selection process for B.Des at Kings Cornerstone International College (KCIC) is a two-step process that involves:
Step 1: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education or KCIC DAT.
Cleared either KCIC DAT or any other popular design entrance exam like NIFT, CEED, and Pearson UCEED for the applicant. Candidates must make sure they have the necessary Senior Secondary Examination credentials and must have received at least a 50% in the qualifying exam. The age restriction for the BDes programme at different institutions must also be followed by candidates. For the World University of Design, the WUD Entrance Score required for B.Des is 70-79.9%. Additionally, there is a requirement of an aggregate of 187.5-92.4% in 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent.

- Pass 10+2 or a 3-year Diploma from a State Board of Technical Education or equivalent

MSAP was established in 1978 and NITTE Institute of Architecture was established in 2015
Both of the colleges are private colleges
MSAP has NIRF ranking NIRF 23' = 25 but NITTE don't have any NIRF ranking yet.
MSAP has median salary of 3.20 Lacs also the fees for MSAP is lesser than the NITTE
