For B. Des in Interior Design both of them can be good whether it be a Government College or a Private College. It depends upon what college you get in and how is the faculty of that university or college and also the most important is the work culture of that particular institution. If the above stated is good then the college is good as well or else not.

UCEED, NID, AIEED are the common entrance exams for Design. Universities and institutions even conduct their own entrance examinations which are NIFT, SEED CUCET etc. You have to enquire about the exams accepted by particular university or college you are trying to apply in for the fashion design course.

NIFT is always the best choice although, AAFT also holds up a good reputation. On the other hand, Amity is also a good college. If you want to study design, go to a design college. It's totally your decision.

I think it's 70-80%. Your portfolio plays a big role. They may also ask for an online entrance and an interview if you qualify. That's it.

Yes ofcourse, you can pursue B. Des if you really want to. No matter when you have completed your schooling. If you wish then can drop doing B.Tech and get yourself enrolled in any design college of your choice.

Yes Archana, Both the courses have a lot of scope in future because of their high demand which makes it upp for a promising career. If you wish to choose any of them, it would be a good decision. You'll have a good going career.
Graphic designing is a career where you'll create visual content to communicate thoughts and is user experience based whereas Visual Communication Design is based on the combined strategy of art and language to communicate ideas and messages.
Both of them are careers which are very demanding and you can select any of the career you are more interested in.

NIFT entrance examination is Institutional based examination which will only help you to get into NIFT whereas UCEED is a common Entrance Examination which is accepted by many design colleges and universities. So if you plan to get into only NIFT then you do have to give NIFT Entrance Exam but if you plan to apply in many universities then UCEED is a better option as you'll have many university choices and you can get admission on the basis of UCEED score.
