As per the NIFT Prospectus-2019, there is no such barrier of the percentage of marks for class 12th exam for B.Des programs. As per eligibility criteria, NIFT needs class 12th pass only. Hence, there is no need to worry about class 12th marks.

Yes of course, you can attempt once again in the second phase. The scholarship amount depends on your score. Also, the scholarship amount keeps on changing with the phase in which you take admission, so it isn't likely to remain same. All the best.
