For admission to NID for M.Des., eligibility for a candidate is to have completed a bachelor degree in any discipline of minimum 4-year duration from recognized university/ institute.
As for IIFA Multimedia, Srinivasanagar, Srinivasanagar, Bangalore for B.Sc in Animation and Multimedia, the eligibility is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board. So, if you B.Sc was 4 year degree program, you can apply for NID and IIFA both. Else, try for IIFA.

Admission process varies for every college. Admission may be done on the basis of two exams either Creative Ability Test CAT or the General Ability Test (GAT), which is followed by a Group Discussion Round and personal interview.

Have you submitted the application form? If yes, then I don't think so it will be feasible to make changes. I would suggest you to contact the college admission office and take guidance from them.
