B.Ed Eligibility

Candidates who have completed graduation are eligible to apply for AKTU B.Ed course. Besides, meeting the educational requirements, candidates also need to pass IPU CET. Aspirants must check the closing rank of last three years to know the qualifying marks for AKTU B.Ed admission. IPU CET is a pen and paper-based test conducted for a duration of three hours. The question paper includes 150 questions. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat in the university.

Upper Primary and Secondary school teachers who are in service as full time teacher for at least two years at the time of making application and who shall continue to be in service during the entire duration of the Programme. (b) The applicants with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor Degree and be in the Postgraduate Degree in Sciences/Humanities/Social Sciences or Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technology with background /specialization in Science and Mathematics with 50% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission.

A pass in bachelor's degree and/ or in the master’s degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanity with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for GJUST B.Ed course. Candidates who have passed Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with a minimum of 55% aggregate or any other qualification equivalent thereto can also apply for GJUST B.Ed course. 

Candidates who meet the eligibility conditions are eligible to apply online for GJUST B.Ed course. Aspirants must have the documents proving their eligibility for verification at later stages of admission.
