If you want go in teaching then you do not need to complete B.Ed after MCA to be eligible for CTET. If you are looking at Computer teaching jobs like PGT or TGT in private or government schools then you can apply without appearing for B.Ed or CTET.

Yes, you can do B.Ed after B.Tech. Candidates are required to have a degree from a recognised college with a minimum of 50% marks.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 in any stream from a recognised school or board. The candidate must have acquired a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved candidates) in the 12th exam with all the subjects put together.

Students must have done B.A. (Bachelor of Arts), B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce), B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) or any other graduation level degree from any recognised university or college. Students should have obtained at least 50% marks in graduation level for a distance student of BA eligible for B.Ed from Jamia Millia, Delhi

Honors in graduation is not mandatory to pursue B. Ed from any recognized university. If you have completed your bachelors degree program, in any field, from a recognized university and have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the same, you are eligible to pursue B. Ed course.

The candidates must have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. B. Tech graduates can also register for the Annamalai University B. Ed course.
