What you score in your previous qualifications doesn't matter, what matter is that you have a B.Ed degree. So don't go with percentage, the percentage is only required for the government sector as it's a GATE pass. If you have the ability to teach students, nothing will stop you.

A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation is a requisite for admission or 55% at post-graduate level is required for B.Ed admission.
