Yes, as per my knowledge you can do B.Ed. It does not need any kind of teaching experience for you to take admission in the course.

The application date for the admission is gone if you haven't applied to the college yet.
Else, you need to give an entrance exam for B.Ed which will be divided into parts 80 and 20, the total marks of paper will be 100. The selection will be based on the performance in the exam.

B.Ed from IGNOU is:
*The maximum duration of the course is 5 years.
*Students are provided with the first-hand experience by engaging student-teachers as interns in secondary/senior secondary schools.
*Students are provided with self-instructional written material, audio-visual material aids, Counselling Sessions, Teleconferences, Practical/ Project Work.
*The course is recognised by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Candidate must have scored 50% in Bachelors Degree is Eligible for admission in IGNOU.

You can teach in private schools. For government schools, you have to pass the entrance exam like TET, CTET and many teaching exams to become a government teacher.
