Hello,
You can join B.Ed, but if you want to do this course with job, you have an option for that.
This is an Open University established by an act of legislature for benefit of students who are not in a position to attend regular college. It seems that the university indeed is offering single subject Bachelor's degree. But, then many universities across India also offer single subject BA. Do don't worry. They have a policy that if you have more than 80% marks then you can directly take admission but if you have less than 80% then you have to follow the procedure mentioned in the link below.
