The basic eligibility for CTET 2018 is graduation or a 2-year Diploma in elementary education with minimum 45-50% marks. So, you can't apply.

Admission to B.Ed. Is done through entrance exam conducted by various states and institutions. Admission of candidates is subject to Cut Off released by the respective university subsequent to the B.Ed. entrance exam.

Hi, After B.Ed students can pursue Masters in Education M.Ed from Indian universities. You can do B.Ed course after B.Com but doing M.Com will be a better option if you wish to teach commerce related subjects.
