Eligibility Criteria for doing B.Ed is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Sciences or Social Sciences or Humanities or Commerce or equivalent
or
Pass with 55% aggregate marks in B.Tech. Or B.E. With specialisation in Science and Mathematics or equivalent (Candidate must have studied the subject of the subject combination for at least three years at Bachelors Level or Masters Level)
5% relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC and other categories as applicable. Some institutes conduct entrance exam where as in some institutes You can even apply directly for admission. A few good universities are: Delhi University,

Eligibility for IGNOU B.Ed Candidates with at least fifty (55) percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. So, you are not eligible for this course.

For B.Ed programme, candidates must have a Graduation or Master's degree in Science, Humanities, and Commerce with at least 50% of marks. Candidates with B.Tech/ BE degree must have obtained 55% of marks with specialization in Science and Mathematics are eligible for admission to the programme. Yes, you can apply. Thanks.

Eligibility for Admission:-A pass in the graduate degree examination under the 10+2+3 or 11+1+3 pattern with main subject in Part III, namely Tamil (BA, B.Lit.), English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Bio-chemistry, Environmental Science, Micro-Biology, History and Geography.
