I must share the concern that the MCA marks won't matter for B.ED Admission. The 39 percent marks of Graduation shall make it tough for you to get admission on the basis of marks.
But, there are entrance tests conducted by universities these days.
You still need to check out what is the Minimum Marks criteria to Apply for B.Ed.

IGNOU B.Ed eligibility:
Candidates with at least fifty five (55) percent marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or

For selection as teachers in government run schools Applicants must pass the CTET. The National Council for Teacher Education frames regulations and takes final decisions. CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is conducted by CBSE and taken by aspirants aiming to become teachers in classes 1 to VIII, according to the guidelines of the National Council of Teacher Education (NCTE).

In case, students with ranks less than you don't take admission or vacate the seat then you will be called for admission. This process occurs on the applicant's merit basis and when the eligibility requirements are met.
