B.ed is counted as professional degree. So, if you want to start your career as a teacher, it helps you a lot. Most of the schools ask for B.ed degree.

Yes, you can do B.Ed.after B.Tech if you have 50% but If you belong to other than general category then 45% is minimum % for B.Ed.

If you want to be a primary teacher, then it is necessary to do D.El.Ed after B.Ed. Otherwise, it is not necessary to do it.

There is no other scope for commerce subjects from class 5th to 10th, either in CBSE or State government schools. But as you have economics, you can choose history, geography or political science, then you can appear in TGT and CTET for social sciences.
