No, a student can not join the B.Ed programme offered by Nalanda Open University without appearing for the Bihar B.Ed CET programme. Admission to the course is entrance-based and requires students to appear for the entrance test conducted by the concerned authoritiy. Hence, students must appear and clear the exam to secure their seat at the university for the B.Ed programme.
