Yes, you can do B.Ed. It will be easy for you, as you have completed applied psychology, which is a special paper in B.Ed, as child psychology or education psychology.

No, you need not do D.El.Ed again. It is for untrained teachers. At the same time, you can approach your authority to promote your level as you have done B.Ed.

You have to complete your graduation with 50% marks to do B.Ed. If you have this qualifications, then it is your choice to do either B.Ed or D.El.Ed.

Admission process for B.Ed for 2017-18 is already over. You can take admission through online procedure. You should prepare for next session. Almost, every university starts its admission procedure during the month of May.

B.Ed can be done after the completion of graduation and D.El.Ed is a four years integrated course after class 12th.
