Marks scored in graduation are considered to apply for B.Ed, not Master's degree. 50% for general category and 45% for reserved category. So, you are not eligible for B.Ed.

Why do you want B.Ed? You should complete M.Tech then you can easily get a lecturer job in any engineering college.

The decision taken by DEC was communicated to UPRTOU vice-chancellor Prof AK Bakshi, who said a student cannot enrol for two-degree courses at the same time. However, he added that students can do the same through distance or combination of distance and regular modes from the same or different institution.

You need not do D.El.Ed after completing of your B.Ed. After completing your Master's degree, will you do your graduation again? B.Ed is Bachelor of Education and D.El.Ed is Diploma in elementary education. You should not opt for UG course once you are done with your Bachelor's degree.
