Yes, you can apply for B.Ed distance but you must have 50% in bachelor education.

No, you need not do D.El.Ed again. It is required for those teachers who are teaching in government schools without any training.

Yes, you can do B.Ed. It will be easy for you, as you have completed applied psychology, which is a special paper in B.Ed, as child psychology or education psychology.
