If you want to be a PGT, as you have Master's degree and B.Ed, you need not have to do Diploma. But, if you want to be an elementary level teaching, then you have to do it. You can do a 6 month bridge course also.

SST and English are method papers in B.Ed through which you are learned to apply your learning skill in the class room. As you have done your graduation in commerce, definitely you have sufficient command in your subject. So, you can apply for TGT commerce. But, at the same time, if you have enough interest and knowledge in SST, you can apply for that.

If your University is a government recognized one, then B.Ed is acceptable anywhere in the world. But, you have to clear a special entrance test.

For admission anywhere after your graduation, marks of major subject is considered. So, it is same here too. If you belong to reserved category, then definitely you are eligible .

You can apply for B.Ed through distance, as you have more than 50% marks.

B.Ed is a two years course. You can do both in regular or distance mode. Government College charges less fees than a private college. Different private college charge different fees between INR 70000 - INR 90000, but in distance course the fees is sufficiently less.
