Your degrees should be valid if the institute you graduated from is UGC recognised or has the other necessary affiliations. Please check with your university if it has the necessary affiliations. This activity can also be done online.

M.Phil is a degree which can be done after post graduation while B.Ed can be done after graduation or B.Ed is counted as professional degree and M.Phil is a research project.

If you are a graduate then BEd is a good course as it will help you to get TGT post teacher jobs. Once you obtain Post graduate degree with BEd you may be considered for PGT jobs.
