Definitely, after completing PG, you can become a lecturer. There are many universities which offer distance courses like Dr C.V. Raman University, Mats University, Andhra University, Kuvempu University, Utkal University, IGNOU, etc.

If you go for MA, you can work in a college as a lecturer while you can work as a teacher up to school level if you pursue B.Ed. The choice is now up to you.

Fee vary from one university to another. For government sector universities, it is less as compared to private universities.

After B.Sc in IT, I will suggest you go with M.Sc IT but if you have already completed your B.Ed then you can go with M.Ed.
