Dear,
Since 2015, the duration of B.Ed programme is 2-years and the universities or institutes that offer you 1-year B.Ed programme are not recognised.
You can go for a biology related subject in Bachelors degree like life Science, zoology or B.Sc programme and then go for B.Ed programme
