To do B.Ed. the minimum cost may be anywhere between 40-60 in regular colleges. Correspondence course is not valid at least in Maharashtra. If you are residing out of Maharashtra then you can try to do it from IGNOU through correspondence.

It depends on your Bachelor's degree. Teaching subjects can be taken on the basis of what you have studied in the qualifying exam.
