Definitely, it will be. B.Ed itself open doors for teaching as a graduate in education. Diploma itself has limitations in terms of job as well as course content. Moreover, you might not be able to crack WBSSC. In any case, if that happens, you can opt for teaching with TGT and can get a better salary than D.El.Ed.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Ed. You can opt for any of the subjects in the core stream of B.SC MLT.

I feel TGT is a designation, not a course. B.Ed makes you eligible for TGT and M.A. You can appear for PGT exam after completing B.Ed.
