Hi friend,
Don't get confused. Both have different values but Pharma MBA IS important than M.Pharmacy in industrial way. But M. Pharmacy is very better in the way of educational institutions as well as industries.
Thank you.

My suggestion for you will be M.Pharma after B.Pharma. There is no use of doing M.Sc in chemistry after B.Pharma. B.Pharma graduates can improve their future prospects by going for higher studies. The most commonly chosen course is the 2-year Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharma), which is offered by all top colleges in India. The student can pick from a wide range of specializations such as Industrial Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Drug Regulatory Affairs, etc. Many colleges also offer a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Pharmacology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry which are also two-

MBA is pharma or as I have seen MBA in marketing roles can fetch good career options in the Pharmaceutical industry. Pharma market is growing well and there are various openings for interns as well as full-time roles in the best of the companies. You only need to describe your competency in whichever role you are interested in. This will work out best if you are graduating from a top MBA college which attracts Pharma companies and colleges which provide Pharma specific courses and are recognised in the industry.

There are lot of scope. I am going to talk about the paths commonly opted by students:
Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies.
