Getting a job directly after B. Pharma: Graduates who do not wish to pursue post graduate studies or plan on doing them later try to get jobs after B.Pharma. Jobs are usually offered in the field of sales and marketing. Some also work as pharmacists in hospitals whereas some are able to secure jobs at manufacturing facilities of pharmaceutical companies. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST and you should also have minimum 50-60% in your Bachelor's degree (any stream). Admission is done through an entrance exam. Qualified candidates are interview and group discussion. The best colleges for MBA in Hospital and Healthcare are:

D. Y. Patil University

Tata Institute of Social Sciences

Both the degrees are equally good and have growth. M.Pharm in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India, whereas in the US and other foreign countries, pharmacology is well established. Pharmaceutics is a unique subject deals with all F&D, production, etc. So, the scope is clear. A person with pharmacology can enter in the preclinical and clinical studies. Herbal Drug industry is booming in India and other parts. So, pharmacognosy is bigger aspect now. The demand for herbal drugs is elevated due to less side effects. No, you are not eligible to do B.Pharma because you are from commerce stream. You should have had science stream in 12th for that.

Either you can do M.Pharma or MBA as per your interest. Master in pharmacy is deviated in various different fields. By recent field report, M.Pharma in pharmaceutics is most valuable in India where as in US and other foreign countries pharmacology is well established.
