B.Sc Food science has much scope as compared to B.Sc biotechnology. There are number of Opportunities in this sector.Biotechnology has scope but if you wish to move at bangalore like cities or Mumbai, Hyderabad it would be fruitful.

It depends on your interest and personality traits like u like to be outdoors, naturalist or like lab work. Wildlife in India is not a very organised sector so choose wisely.
