Rajiv Gandhi Institute of IT and Biotechnology (RGITBT) was established in 2003 in Pune, Maharashtra.It offers UG, PG, and Diploma courses such as BSc, MSc, and Advanced Diploma in Bioinformatics (ADB). Hi, the basic eligibility criteria for pursuing BSc in Biotechnology in the colleges listed above are:

1. The student should have a minimum combined score of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates) at both Higher Secondary and Senior Secondary levels.
2. The student should have pursued  Science stream where Physics, Biology, and Chemistry are the main subjects at 10+2 level with a minimum combined score of 60% combined aggregate.
