No, you can't get admission in BTech Biotechnology or any other branches of BTech with a NEET UG Score card. You have to appear in the JEE Main exam with PCM subject and then apply for Josaa or Csab counselling to get admission in B.Tech in BIT Mesra.
With a NEET UG score card, you can get admission in medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, etc.
