Hello Subhash,
If you are interested in MSc and other related courses, you should try IIT JAM exam. IIT JAM exam is organized for the admission into MSc, PhD and other integrated courses into IITs, IIScs and NIT institutes.
The candidates who have completed the graduation degree are eligible to apply for the IIT JAM exam, It is held in six subjects physics, chemistry, mathematics, geology, mathematical statistics and bio technology subjects.
The candidates must have the subject in their graduation degree for 3 years of six sem for which he is going to apply.

I'll try to put a better answer. I think this question must be raised in every mind before becoming a part of any B.Sc. batch at BHU. One thing is very common in students enrolled in B.Sc.(Hons) at BHU, That all have prepared for Medical/Engineering entrance examinations. The worst thing with these guys is, they often don't know what is the difference between science and engineering/medical. Scope in any subject and the possibility of employment through the subject are two different topics. PGT stands for Post graduate Teacher. And eligibility criteria for a PGT is a Masters degree (in any discipline) from a recognised university, B.Ed or equivalent degree from a recognised university. So, as per your question, you have completed your Masters in Biotechnology, but for a teaching post like PGT you need to complete your B.Ed as well.

Entrance exam (if any) or even many institutes give direct admission to the students on the basis of their performance in last qualifying exam.
