Kurukshetra University offers admission to aspirants on the basis of both merit or entrance exam. In some courses, admission is offered on the basis of both, that is, a candidates score in the entrance exam as well as mark secured by them in the qualifying examination. As per my knowledge B.Sc. admissions are merit based.

First, your English language is totally incorrect in this question. And, in my knowledge 50% is applicable for B.Sc nursing in government colleges, so I don't think you can do this.

Yes, B.Sc in hospitality can be pursued. But, the question is why you want to pursue it after third year B.Com.
If you are already in third year B.Com, then go for M.Com or MBA. If hospitality is something which you are fascinated about, then do some small courses in hospitality or hotel management instead of spending 3 years for B.Sc.
You already have a B.Com degree, then go ahead for a master's degree or professional courses.
Let me know if you have any further doubts. All the best.
