B.Sc. Biotechnology is better than B.Sc. Math because after B.Sc. Biotechnology you get a professional degree which is biotechnology and after that you can also apply for so many jobs. In mostly sector govt. as well as private too.

If you truly want to study higher level Mathematics, go for Maths hons. or economics hons. These courses will provide you with a full insight of Maths, and you can learn a lot.

It's difficult for you to take admission in DU with this percentile as the cut-offs are very high but you can still try when the cut off comes.

I don't think so. You can pursue B.Sc, in any of it's branches, only if you belong to Science background.
