Hi Toshan,
Complete your 10+2 in Science stream with PCM and English with a first class. To study abroad you must decide where to study because the requirements are very different. Depending on your choice you must take SAT IELTS or TOEFL etc. To study in India you can check college specific cut-offs and apply. There are only few universities which conduct entrance exams but not all.

Hi,
You can refer https://www.shiksha.com/university/cochin-university-of-science-and-technology/cusat-cat-exam
For preparation, you can refer to the following:
1. Get through with 11th and 12th Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics CBS E textbooks.
2. Obtain last year CAT papers, which are available as books in the market.
3. Solve the papers, if that's not working out too well as you may have lost that MCQ cracking skill, check the solutions and learn the answers. There will always be a lot of repeated questions.
