Hello,
I will love to answer you dear. For M.Sc. In Applied Geology you have to do B.Sc. In Geology with Geology as a Hons course. Please do it with proper percentage. Then for M.Sc. You have to appear JAM exam which is held every year in the month of feb. For pursuing M.Sc. In best colleges that will be a value addition to yourself as well as your future you have to rank within 50s in JAM exam. The best colleges are: IIT BOMBAY, IIT (ISM) DHANBAD, IIT KGP, IIT ROORKEE, IIT (BHU). In IIT (ISM) it is a 3 year course as you will get in one shot the degree of M.Sc. Hi,
If you studied biological Science as one of chosen subject. You can take M.Sc Biological Science.
Biological Science means they included zoology, botany, or either both.

There are a lot of scope for environmental science and eco nowadays as every public and private sector keeps an evironmentalist for the protection and avoiding deterioration of the environment and if comes to economist, they are needed in many fields and seeing your physics background, its quite good.

Managing both will be hard. Since you are pursuing Honors, you will require proper time management. You can start by studying newspaper daily and Studying General Science. Read the Newspaper thoroughly in morning and Study GS in evening. When you get holidays, pickup a topic from history or civics and finish it on the same day.
