You ain't need to clear the NEET entrance examination to get admission in B.Sc. Nursing in AIIMS. You need to clear the AIIMS B.Sc. Entrance examination to get admission in the course in AIIMS. The college you get will based on the marks you will get in the exam.

Generally, it is not possible to get admission directly into the second year of a Bachelor's degree programme, including B.Sc.
