Deen Dayal Upadhyay College is better among all the colleges that you have mentioned.
I recommend to see NIRF ranking of colleges before taking admission.

The minimum criteria for training ship in Chanakya is 10+ 2 from a recognized university with more or equal to 60% in Physics Chemistry and Maths.
