JEST exams are conducted across major cities of india, it is conducted in many cities like Ahmadabad, Aligarh, Allahabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Raipur, etc. Eligibility for JEST:

If you want to crack IAS exam then you should choose BA because with BA, you don't need to study hard, you can easily pass out with BA without much effort, but if you will choose B.Sc then you need to study hard and you'll not get time for IAS preparations.

You can take PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology. These subjects will be best suited for your 12th class to pursue your B.Sc in Biotechnology.
