Both are equally good courses you have to choose according to your interest only. The veterinarians are in high demand in countries like Canada, US, Australia, etc. The career scope of veterinary science is large and is growing faster day by day as people tend to become pet-friendly in nature. One can not do that, eligibility criterion for joining in M.Sc in biotech will be a degree in life sciences or biotech or microbiology or any science group. So obviously not possible. Try any good course after B.Sc like MBA, M.Sc in CS, etc.
