To have a career in Agriculture and Technology, you may go for M.Sc inagricultural sciences.
Along side, get training under any of the agricultural laboratories, that will give an opportunity for practical learning.

You can pursue B.Sc but you have to start it from first year there is no provision for direct second year.
After diploma you can pursue direct second year engineering.

Agriculture is the mainstay of Indian economy so it has lot of opportunities in current and in future as well.

You can pursue any degree to take admission in MBA. It doesn't matter what you choose B.Tech, B.Sc, BCA, BA, BBE, etc.

Your marks are fine to get admission in admission in B.Sc honors for statistics in Hindu College, Delhi University. You are advised to look for an alternate career option.

Since you have already completed your undergrad it is advisable to go for higher studies like a Masters rather than pursue a Bachelors course again. However, if you want to change your line of study, you could opt for a B.Sc. You could also try getting some counselling to get a more accurate picture.
