B.Tech in CSE have more scope and placements then B.Sc in animation. Animation have a slow career growth and lots of hard work. B.Tech in computer science have more career advantages. The starting salary package in B.Tech CSE is also good as compared to B.Sc in animation.

You are advised to study B.Sc (Hons) Chemistry followed by M.Sc and then Ph.D. If your B.Sc academic records are exceptional, you can seek direct admission in Ph.D after graduation.

Any university in Canada would require 80-85% at least for science courses. Better percentage along with a good profile in co-curricular will help you.

You need to clear GRE and TOEFL exam. All universities have different eligibility criteria so you have to check it on their websites. They also need Statement Of Purpose (SOP) and recommendation letters as well. Your overall profile is checked before getting admission in any program abroad. Some of the good universities include MIT, Stanford, Harvard. SUNY is an affordable option there.
Best of luck!
