It depends on what your CET or ComedK rank is, not entirely on your board marks. There is a weightage given to your board marks only in CET not ComedK.

I am sorry to say but admission in MNNIT is done through JEE Mains only. Also, the candidate should opt for PCM in class 12th.

The best way to predict a college through JEE Mains score is to use shiksha's college predictor app. After that just go for the counselling of that college. You may also choose private colleges like BITS Pilani, SRM, VIT, SKIT-Jaipur, Galgotia, Sharda, LPU, NIRMA, etc.

Admission in VIT-Vellore is done through VITEEE.
The other way to get admission in VIT is through management quota.
I think, still, there are 15% seats reserved for management quota in VIT. So, try to contact VIT admission cell for the same.

You have got a decent rank in IPU exam code 130 of biotech. The most reputed college for biotech in IPU is USBT, i.e. University School of Biotechnology. Generally, its cutoff goes from 80-100 rank.
