Hello Prashanth,
There are many instituions offering BE in any branch via distance education mode. In this there are no entrance exams! But a word of caution. Recently SC of India has simply cancelled degrees in engineering obtained by students via distance education mode more than 10 years back. Also any course that demands great amount of practicals, how can it be done via distance education? My advise is to be away from such course.

If you are jobless and have plenty of money, you can do B tech from any University. That too, in the second year!
However, you are on the job, the only option is doing AMIE which is recognised.

If you want to start your MBA immediately in 2018, you should start preparing for the entrance exams accepted by various colleges.
Some of the exams are CAT, XAT, IIFT, NMAT, SNAP, MAT, CMAT, ATMA, ICFIA.
