10+2 with PCM is eligible for admission in engineering. If you are going for a particular university or college then they have their own entrance exam and 12th class percentage based admission.

I don't know why did you choose civil, if you want to take robotics? Robotics is quite based on CS and programming, I advise you only with civil to choose your career to robotics.

For B.Tech in civil engineering, you should opt for the Galgotias as this college is the best college for this branch. All the other colleges that you have mentioned above on the basis of placements, infra and faculty.
