To be eligible for a B.E. or B.Tech programme at Vidya Prasarak Mandal (VPM), you must have passed or be appearing for the 10+2 or HSC or equivalent examination. You must also have passed with the following subjects and obtained at least the mentioned marks:

The candidates shall be eligible for admission into B.E. / B.Tech in Government College of Engineering, Chandrapur, if they passed 10+2 exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects securing the minimum required percentage for admission. For most courses, general category students must get around 50%, and that for reserved categories must be lesser. The major factor to get admitted is MHT CET or JEE Main.
