Yes, you can do B.Tech after Diploma. You can get admission to 2nd year of B.Tech course directly as you have completed Diploma course. The general admission process in most of the institutes is on the basis of entrance tests. There are several state level and national level engineering entrance tests. Although some institutes provides direct admission on merit based on qualifying exam.

Hello Prashant,
Bhopal campus of VIT has been set up only recently in 2017 and not much is known about this campus. Being so new, it has not even been assessed for ranking. Majority of students on the rolls of VIT are from South and hence it can be expected that there will be less rush to join Bhopal campus before it comes into prominence. In view of the foregoing I feel that if you clear VITEEE, you will get admission in your desired branch in Bhopal campus.

No, you won't get seat in your desired college with 125 score. Because it doesn't meet the cut-off score to get admission in that college and more competition for seats.

In India several technological universities including the IITs offer courses in aeronautical engineering both at undergraduate and post-graduate level. The basic eligibility criteria for BE / B.Tech program is 10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregat.
AIEEE is an entrance exam conducted National level for admission of students in various engineering colleges in the country. IIT JEE, KEAM, JNU EEE, VITEEE, GCET, etc. are the other entrance examinations in India carried out for the engineering admissions.

For getting admission in SASTRA University in B.Tech bioinformatics without JEE Mains you have to appear for the university's entrance exam after that you can get admission in this university.
