No, you will not have to give an entrance exam. This is only based on your marks in Diploma or B.Sc.
There is information below about your Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should have passed Diploma in Engineering from an AICTE approved institution with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Non Creamy Layer OBC) or the candidate should have Degree in Science (B.Sc) with mathematics as a subject with minimum of 45% marks (40% for SC/ST/Non Creamy Layer OBC).  this year as the procedure of declaring result has been changed which is now based on percentile so you have to wait till the final result gets declare because final result will only tell in which college you can get admission. The final result will be declared after JEE Mains April exam. Good luck. Hope it helps.
