B.Tech Eligibility

For B.E./B.Tech programs at Millennium Group of Institutions, candidates should be meeting certain requirements. They are needed to have completed their 10+2 education with aggregate marks being minimum 45% (40% in case of SC/ST). The subjects include Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science. The additional requirement for getting admission is the qualification in JEE Main or PET Madhya Pradesh Pre-Engineering Test. In this regard, an applicant must ensure that they meet the requirements for eligibility for a place in the chosen engineering course to offer at the institution.

Candidate should have passed the qualifying examination (12th standard), Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education or any other examination within scope and standard found to be equivalent to the Senior Secondary Examination of a recognised Indian Board / University with at least three .

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, kerala or equivalent thereto with 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/Bio-technology/Computer Science/Biology put together are eligible for admission.

The eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at B.M. Institute of Engineering and Technology (BMIET) is:

• The interested candidate needs to appear for the JEE Main/IPU CET examination.
• For admission into B.Tech program, importance is given to JEE Main/IPU CET rank and marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Class 12th.
• The interested candidate should have scored at least 55% marks in the 10+2 examination in PCM.

• Academic Qualifications Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% aggregate in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject such as Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science. English must also be one of the subjects. 
• Entrance Exam Requirement Admission to B.E/B.Tech is contingent upon securing a valid score in KCET or COMEDK UGET, followed by document verification and payment of the admission fee. 
• Additional Criteria Both Government Quota and Management Quota adhere to the same eligibility requirements set by the Government of Karnataka.

The admission procedure and course offered at the Baselios Mathews II College of Engineering is strictly followed based on the score obtained in KEAM, which is the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical test. The candidates must have passed the 12th examination with at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The admissions are governed by KEAM counselling; the number of seats available, the candidate's order in the rank list, and the seat reservation policy relating to reservation categories.
