UIET Chandigarh B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering course is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 87 genuine verified students while Punjabi University Patiala same course is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 70 students . So UIET Chandigarh is better.

UIET Chandigarh's 2023 JEE Main cutoff marks for B.Tech are expected to range from 22,200 to 25,200th rank for the general category and 30,100 to 35,200th rank for the OBC category. The overall cutoff for GATE is 232–321 marks.

Students with a JEE Mains score of 80 percentile or higher are likely to be considered for admission to engineering courses at Chitkara University.
